These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of tacticalsi.biz (the "Site") and to the $99 Google Business Profile audit sold on it. "Tactical SI", "we", "us" and "our" mean Morgan USA LLC, doing business as Tactical SI. "You" means the business that buys the audit and the person placing the order for it. By buying the audit or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The audit is a service for businesses. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and allowed to act for the business named in your order.
For a one-time payment of $99 (US dollars), we prepare a light audit of one Google Business Profile location. It includes:
We email your report within 24 hours after we receive your completed intake form (business name, your Google listing link or address, the searches you care about and your email). The 24 hours starts when we have those details, not when you pay. One audit covers one location; if you have more than one location, you need one audit per location.
We use public information and software tools to gather the data. You don't need to give us a Google sign-in, password or account access.
The audit costs $99 (USD), paid once. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't see or store your full card number. Your card statement will show the charge from Tactical SI.
You can get a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of ordering and before your report has been delivered. Delivered reports aren't refundable. If we miss the 24-hour delivery window, you can ask for a full refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Our $349 per month plan is a separate service. It is governed by its own written service agreement, not by these Terms. If the two conflict, the service agreement controls for the monthly plan.
The audit shows what to fix. It does not change your rankings by itself. Google, Google Maps and AI tools decide what they show, and they change often. We do not guarantee any search ranking, Maps position, AI mention or recommendation, number of reviews, calls, customers or revenue.
Search results, competitor details and AI answers change day to day and can differ by location, device and time. Your report is a snapshot of what we found when we ran it. Any estimate in the report, such as a missed-opportunity figure, is an illustration based on public data and general assumptions. It is not a forecast or a promise of what you will earn.
The audit relies on public data and on third-party platforms and software, including partner software delivered under the Tactical SI brand. We check our findings, but we can't guarantee that third-party data is complete or accurate, and we aren't responsible for outages, errors or changes at Google, the AI providers, Stripe or our software partners. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
Tactical SI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google or any AI provider. Google, Google Business Profile, Google Maps and Gemini are trademarks of Google LLC. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Grok is a trademark of xAI. Meta AI is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Perplexity is a trademark of Perplexity AI, Inc. Other names belong to their owners and are used only to describe what we check.
Please give us accurate information and order only for a business you own or are allowed to act for. We may decline or refund an order if we can't identify the business or if the request is for a purpose we believe is unlawful or misleading.
Once delivered, the report is yours to use for your business, including sharing it with your staff or anyone you hire to make the fixes. The Site's text, design, logos and our checklist belong to Tactical SI and may not be copied without our permission.
Use the Site only for lawful purposes. Don't try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with how it works, or submit false information. Information on the Site is general and for informational purposes only.
Except as stated in these Terms, the Site and the audit are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tactical SI and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the Site or the audit. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or the audit is limited to the amount you paid us for the audit.
We don't send text messages for orders placed on tacticalsi.biz. Your report and order updates come by email.
If you have a problem, please email us first and we'll try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the date above. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
