This Privacy Policy explains how Morgan USA LLC, doing business as Tactical SI ("Tactical SI", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit tacticalsi.biz (the "Site"), buy our $99 audit or contact us.

Information we collect

Order and intake details: your business name, Google listing link or business address, the searches you want to show up for, your email, and, if you add them, your website and any notes.
Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, your name, email and billing details, but not your full card number.
Messages: what you send us by email and our replies.
Site usage: basic technical information that web servers and browsers record, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit.
Public business information: to prepare your audit we look at public information about your business and nearby competitors, such as Google listings, reviews and AI search answers.

How we use it

To prepare and email your audit and to answer your questions.
To process payments and refunds and keep business and tax records.
To send occasional emails about our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to stop them.
To run, secure and improve the Site, and to meet legal obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment processor (Stripe), website hosting (GitHub Pages), our customer relationship management and email tools, and the audit software partners we use to prepare reports. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, subject to this policy.

Text messages

We don't send text messages for orders placed on tacticalsi.biz, and the order and intake forms don't ask for a mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies

The Site does not use advertising cookies. Our payment processor may use cookies on its checkout page to process payments and prevent fraud. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we reasonably need it to deliver your audit, keep business and financial records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Email hello@tacticalsi.io. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Children

The Site and our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the date above.
