This policy covers the $99 Google Business Profile audit sold on tacticalsi.biz by Morgan USA LLC, doing business as Tactical SI.
You can get a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of ordering and before your report has been delivered.
Once your report has been delivered, it's yours to keep, so delivered reports aren't refundable.
We email your report within 24 hours after we receive your completed intake form. If we miss that 24-hour delivery window, you can ask for a full refund.
If your report is about the wrong business or is missing a part described in our Terms of Service, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it. We don't give refunds because a ranking, a number of calls or an AI tool's answer didn't change after the audit.
Email hello@tacticalsi.io from the email you ordered with, or include it in your message, along with your business name. We'll confirm by email. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually a few business days.
If you were charged twice or by mistake, email us and we'll fix it.
Cancellation and refunds for the $349 monthly plan are covered by that plan's own service agreement.
